I had an absolutely amazing experience dealing with autohub. I had purchased my first vehicle there, had a couple of issues with it but they were extremely compliant and continued to deal with every issue I had faced even after the 30 days. From that point I wished to trade the vehicle in, and once again, Manny helped me in every way he could. Got me the exact vehicle I wanted, and was able to help me with everything in regard to the trade in. He than continued to check up on the vehicle to ensure everything was running smoothly and that I wasn't facing any issues. Let me start by saying 5 start isn’t enough stars to give this place . The buying experience I had with Manny Along side Gurjas (Finance Manager) who took care of my deal was just amazing they accommodated me and all my needs Gurjas was able to find the exact Vehicle that I wanted and get me approved when no one ... and I mean no other dealership was able to get me approved under my circumstances . Gurjas went above and beyond to always keep me updated with what was happening even if it was just a text or quick call so I wasn’t left in the dark about anything . Very straight forward very honest I wouldn’t deal with another major dealership again after my buying experience here . I just moved back to Canada and Greg made the buying process super easy which was a relief. He was reliable, attentive, and responsive when I reached out to him. He was able to answer all of my questions, and ensured I was comfortable and fully understood everything along the way. He educated me on various options but did not pressure or try to up-sell. Quality vehicles on the lot, and proof of car history really made me feel confident in the purchase. Extremely easy to talk to and work with; particularly as a young female with minimal car knowledge, I find it intimidating to go to dealerships and ask questions etc. but he was fantastic, the best car buying experience I've had to date! I will be recommending him to family and friends in the market for a vehicle for sure!

Purchased a used Mercedes and wanted to get it detailed, get a second opinion on the condition, but also fix up a little wear and tear. Manny clearly knew his stuff, especially the Mercedes brand. He was able to provide options right away that offered a range in cost. His communication was clear, the cost break-down was provided upfront, and he followed up in a timely manner.
The experience was pretty much night and day compared to other mechanics.
